  3. Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Generally, local delivery times range from 3-7 business days. If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer. For products shipped from our Asian warehouses, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.

How much is the shipping fee?

Free shipping for orders totaling $39.95 USD or more.
For orders under $39.95 USD, a $3 USD shipping fee will be charged. 

Can I Choose a Specific Shipping Carrier?

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose a specific shipping carrier. Our system will automatically assign the most suitable carrier for your order to ensure efficient delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Generally, local delivery times range from 3-7 business days. If your address is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer.
For shipments from our Asia warehouse, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Why Do My Items Arriving at Different Times?

If you have ordered more than one item, please note that our warehouse may have different inventory levels. To expedite delivery, we prioritize shipping from the nearest and most well-stocked warehouse to your location. Consequently, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

Did Not Receiving Order Confirmation Emails?

In the event that you have not received an order confirmation email, it is possible that your email address was not supplied at the checkout. What should I do if I don't receive the package?

If the logistics information shows that the delivery has been delivered but you have not received it, you can first have a look at the delivery address or ask your neighbor if they have received it.
